Board of Adjustment
The Board of Adjustment hears applications for variances from the zoning ordinance and applications for special use permits. The decisions of the Board of Adjustment are final pending appeal to Circuit Court. Meetings are held at 600 N Montgomery Avenue, Sheffield, Alabama. The Board of Adjustments and Appeals meets at 6:00 PM on the 3rd Thursday of each month.
